The hot water and clean towels were always available. The beds were extremely comfortable. The balcony offered a stunning view of the surrounding nature. The parking space was huge. The staff was exceptionally friendly and polite. The food served was delicious, especially the pancakes for breakfast!

This hotel is nestled in the foothills of a gorgeous national park, making it a perfect location for nature enthusiasts. The room was comfortable and clean, with a lovely balcony to relax on. The staff was friendly and the food in the restaurant was excellent, with both breakfast and dinner served. The presence of a crib was a nice addition for families with young children.

The lack of in-room coffee or tea-making facilities was a slight inconvenience.

The location in the foothills of the mountain was great, near the national park which was a definite advantage. Celebrating the New Year outside the city center provided us with a peaceful atmosphere, and great views of the surrounding mountains. the restaurant staff was friendly and helpful, and the meals were delicious. We were pleased with the added bonuses of complimentary parking and Wi-Fi access, making it easy to explore the area.

Our room was not completely clean, and the balcony was quite small. We also encountered some noise from the surrounding parties which interfered with our sleep.

The rooms at Ciflik Winery are super cozy with a seating area and a flat-screen TV. The balcony has an amazing mountain view. I love that the rooms have air conditioning and a private bathroom with slippers. The double room even has a minibar! The bed linen and towels are provided, making it so convenient for a backpacker like me.

Personally, I wasn't a fan of the desk in the room. It felt a bit cramped for my liking.
